Stark Brooks Associates is continuing to invest in the future of its Manchester office, following the appointment of David Lloyd-Tyrrell to head up the dedicated research team.
2007 has seen one of the most successful start's to the year in terms of team growth and client development, with 6 senior appointments to the Manchester team since January. The expansion of the research team comes as part of the move to focus on strategic search and selection campaigns for clients, further strengthening Stark Brooks' capability to deliver on appointments within general management, procurement and sales, in addition to their market leading divisions in finance, HR and interim recruitment.
David Lloyd-Tyrrell has 11 years recruitment experience within Financial, HR, Sales and Marketing. Following his previous position of consultant within the HR division, David will head up a team of researchers who will focus on identifying and approaching quality candidates for specific firms or roles. The search methodologies adopted are particularly effective for specialist roles and prove successful for even junior level assignments.
Commenting on this appointment David says: "Recruitment can be a costly business, especially when clients are paying consultants who have a scattergun approach and poor screening procedures, which means that more often than not it is a very long process, which can prove fruitless.
