Reporting directly to the joint CEOs, this is a newly created role which will be instrumental in the business's future as well as essential in the day-to-day management and development of the business. Already a great success, the business has the potential to add significant growth and revenue. This appointment will be critical to the delivery of both.
The appointee will be tasked with responsibility for all business processes and quality management. Service delivery is vital, but of equal importance are the policies, procedures, documentation and approved strategies. Growth will put significant strain on this vital operational function and lead to the need to assess, understand and improve the Quality Management Systems within the business, but doing so in a business environment where objectivity, commerciality and common sense are paramount. Achievement of set objectives will directly drive growth for the business and illicit significant financial return.

The appointee will have commercial common-sense and be business-savvy. Entrepreneurial flair and problem solving is desired.
